A unique dress, slightly oversized with huge 3/4 length puff sleeves. The dress has a cutline at waist and tie band at neck for a versatile fit. The dress has an open back with several tie bands. The dress is made in our own developed jacquard fabric. The flowers have a very unique 3-D effect.
