HOFMANN COPENHAGEN introduces Untamed Beauty for Pre-Fall 24. A collection of bold colours, floral prints, textured fabric and playful silhouettes.

I have always been attracted to the concept of pure, transcendental beauty: The beauty of flowers, the beauty of special and delicate fabrics, and the beauty of exquisite craftsmanship. For this collection we want to bring these elements into the collection. The beauty of the natural and untamed flowers, working with materials in detail while at the same time creating a more graphic look to the collection.  

I was drawn towards the painting “Black Flowers” by Roy Lichtenstein. I love his pop take classic imagery of flowers and the monochrome expression of the painting. It makes me think of beauty in many ways. Importantly I want to combine feminine and masculine styles of approaching beauty – combining the floral and graphic. I love this contrast and I wanted that approach as the starting point of my collection.
