Long, flowy dress with short, ruffled sleeves and V-neck. The sleeves have a layer of two, with small ruffles at the bottom hem. V-neck at front, connected with shank buttons at center front. Casing and tie band at waist, for adjusting size and look. Fit is loose and wide at skirt. Body is fully lined, except sleeves. The fabric is a slightly transparent light chiffon, which is heat treated to create a beautiful and graphic texture.
